This website is operated by Zenity. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Zenity. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Section 1 – Products

All Zenity products are made-to-order through print-on-demand. We take care to display colors and designs as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the printing process. These are not considered defects.

Section 2 – Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order has been processed for production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Section 3 – Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Section 4 – Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, though timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

Section 5 – Returns & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made, we only accept return or replacement requests in the following cases: the item arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect. All such requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and must include supporting photos or videos as proof.

We do not accept returns for size-related issues or a change of mind. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Section 6 – Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. In approved cases, a replacement product will be issued at no additional cost.

Section 7 – Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order enters production. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, logos, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of Zenity. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Section 9 – Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, or any action that may harm, misuse, or disrupt our platform or other users.

Section 10 – Limitation of Liability

Zenity is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, delays caused by third-party shipping partners, or minor variations in product appearance due to the print-on-demand process.

Section 11 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.

Section 12 – Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
