1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations across India.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Since every product is made-to-order, slight processing delays may occasionally occur during periods of high demand.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is charged at ₹79. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. The applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner assigned to your order.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
6. Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier partner issues, adverse weather conditions, or high order volume. Zenity is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the order has been dispatched.
7. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails — particularly in cases where a Cash on Delivery order is not accepted — the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping will require an additional charge. We encourage customers to be available at the provided address during expected delivery windows.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Zenity is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during the order process. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
