1. Returns
At Zenity, every product is made-to-order specifically for you. Due to this, we accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations: the item arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect. All requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Supporting proof in the form of clear photos or a video of the issue is mandatory for all requests.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or replacements for size-related issues, change of mind, minor variations in color or print due to the printing process, or orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review your size and order details carefully before placing an order.
4. Replacements
In all approved cases, a replacement product will be issued at no additional cost to you. Replacements are subject to availability and will be dispatched once the return request is verified.
5. Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Approved cases will be resolved exclusively through a product replacement.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it enters production. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
7. How to Request a Return
